Frequently Asked Questions

Do you provide phone support?

We provide unlimited support via email for our customers, but we do not provide support over the phone. We do our best to respond to every email within just a few hours of receiving it.

Are there signup fees? Termination fees?

Absolutely not. We only charge you for the credits your purchase and use. There are no monthly fee’s, no contracts, no subscription rate plans, and no phone lines, or phone numbers required.

What happens when credits run out?

When all of your credits run out, none of your scheduled voice broadcasts or sms text messages will be sent. You must add more credits or set your billing threshold (auto-charge) account to maintain credits in your account. You can setup your auto-charge account here.

How long can text messages be?

Standard text message lengths are limited to 160 characters in the US and 140 in Canada. Because we place your “opt-out” language on your text messages, you are given 140 characters to write in your message.

Do you offer international calling and texting?

Not “yet.” Currently we only offer our service in the US, Canada, and Puerto Rico. In the near future we will be opening it up to other countries and continents.

What if the person doesn’t answer the phone, will my voice broadcast still deliver the message?

Yes, if the individual does not pick and answer your broadcast, when the answering machine picks up, our system will deliver your message to their answering machine.

Do you charge for calls that are not delivered?

No. We only charge you for “successful” text messages and voice broadcasts. If the phone number is invalid, you are not charged for this. Only text messages and voice broadcasts that are picked up and successfully “received” you are charged for.

I forgot my password, how do I get it?

How many lists can I create?

You can create an unlimited amount of lists in your account. There's no extra charge for awesomeness.

How many followups can I create?

Unlimited. There's absolutely no limit to the amount of followup voice or text message followups you can create. Go nuts!

How do I add more credits into my account?

Just login to your account, click on the "My Account" tab at the top, then the "Buy Credits" link on the right, from here you can purchase as many credits as you wish. You can also set up your credit card to autocharge to virtually guarantee that your messages will be delivered.

How do I update or change my credit card?

You can change your credit information by simply logging in to your account and updating your card on the "My Account" page. You an also setup your autocharge account to virtually guarantee that your messages will be delivered.


Audio

How are credits calculated for voice broadcasts?

We charge one credit in 60 second increments. For example, if your audio is 55 seconds, your are sending to 100 people, you will be charged 100 credits. If it is 65 seconds, sending to 100 people, it will cost 200 credits. Our recommendation is to keep the audio below 58 seconds to keep your credit to only one.

What audio file types can I upload for my audio messages?

Currently we only accept .mp3's and .wav files for upload. To record a voice broadcast you can also use our free "record by phone" or "record by computer" options to create your message.

My audio file will not upload. What do I do now?

Your file size may be too big for our system to accept. Please make sure that it is below or at 2mb and it is an .mp3 or a .wav file. We do not accept any other file types. You may also try and compress your file using the free audio software Audacity or simply using our "record by phone" or "record by computer" options.
