Yes, you can upgrade your account to a monthly or annual plan at anytime. From your members area, you'll be able to change your plan in just a few clicks.

For SMS messages, 1 credit = 1 SMS, per contact. (ie: 100 contacts x 1 SMS messages = 100 credits). voice broadcasts are billed in 60-second increments and cost 1 credit per 60-second message. We recommend keeping your audio message between 45-50 seconds to stay below the threshold to only be 1 credit per call. There is also a 1/2 credit charge for each inbound SMS text message.

On your account billing page, you can set your account to automatically recharge your balance when it falls below a chosen threshold.

To set up your recharge trigger, look under "Account > Auto-Charge" section and click the ON button. On the Auto Recharge page, you can specify the trigger threshold amount and the amount that Call Loop should recharge the balance to.

While your recharge trigger is enabled, anytime your account falls below the trigger amount, Call Loop will automatically charge your card to bring your balance up to the amount you set.

NOTE: This will not turn off your subscription for keywords or your plan. You will need to contact support to cancel or pause those subscriptions.
